Catch - Stretch
1 (left leg and left arm move as a unit 90 degrees)
2 (another 90, left side in a plane, face the direction of the throw)
3 (right foot goes to the middle, eyes still focused down the middle of the sector)
4 (turn to power position/stand throw position)
5 (the delivery)
