This one is Franz Kruger, whose PR is in the 220s!! Note how long he keeps his head in the direction of the throw as he comes out of the back.

This video is of the World Record Holder (243'0"!!!), Jurgen Schult. That record has stood for 25 years!

Look for many of the points that we talk about in practice. Big circle, disc behind the right foot, right foot turn.

This is an old guy who threw 150' at the age of 42 back in 2005.

Here are two non-reverse glide shotputters. They have thrown near 60' in their careers. Look for the basics that we have discussed. "Stay back" "Finish Tall" "Head up" . Look at the left side at the finish.
